1. Purpose
      This Agreement defines the terms and conditions governing web hosting services provided by 535 Websites.

2. Services Provided
      535 Websites agrees to provide the following paid services:
Hosting of a basic website, including Home, Services, Contact, and About Us pages.
Design of 4 static web pages for added costs.
Access to WordPress for blog creation and site management by users.
Website management.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms
The annual hosting fee is £50, with an option for a yearly subscription of £99 for website management (excluding website design). Website design is a once off payment of £399.
Websites designed by 535 Websites remain property of 535 Websites for 48 months.

4. Domain Ownership and Renewal
Customers own their domain and can point it to our servers.
535 Websites offers domain registration and storage; a £90 transfer fee applies for domain migration.

5. Payments and Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled any time after 12 months or by mutual agreement.
Payments not received within 14 days will lead to website limitation until the account is settled. Websites will remain in a limited state for 90 days before removal, with prior communication to minimize downtime.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement after the initial 12-month period or by mutual consent.
After 12 months on our servers, 535 Websites can provide a backup of website data upon request.

7. Liability
535 Websites is not liable for data loss or downtime due to payment failure or external issues.
Customer-initiated edits are not 535 Websites’ responsibility, but errors can be rectified at a cost.

8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes under this Agreement shall be mediated before pursuing legal action.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Uk & Ireland.
