Part 1: Terms of Service

1. Purpose

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which 535 Websites (“we,” “us,” or “our”) will provide web hosting, website design and related services to you (“customer,” “you,” or “your”).

2. Services Provided

535 Websites agrees to provide the following paid services:

• Hosting of a basic website, including Home, Services, Contact, and About Us pages.
• Website design of 4 static pages (as part of the annual package).
• Access to WordPress for blog creation and site management by users.
• Website management (available as a monthly subscription).

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

• The annual price for the hosting and basic website design service is £50.
• A monthly subscription for website management is available at £99.
• Websites designed by 535 Websites remain in 535 Websites’ possession for 12 months.

4. Domain Ownership and Renewal

• The domain is owned by the customer and forwarded to the website on our servers.
• 535 Websites can accommodate domain registration and storage.
• If a domain needs to be migrated, a transfer fee of £99 will apply.

5. Payments and Cancellation

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time after 12 months of payment or under agreed circumstances.
• Payments not received within 14 days of the due date will result in limitation of the website until the account is brought current.
• The website will be held in a limited state for an additional 90 days before being taken down.
• Communication will be made to minimize website downtime.

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement after the initial 12-month period or under mutually agreed conditions.
• Upon termination after 12 months of uptime on our servers, 535 Websites can provide a backup of the website data upon request.

7. Liability

• 535 Websites will not be liable for any loss of data or downtime resulting from failure to make payments or other issues beyond its control.
• 535 Websites will not be responsible for edits made by customers but can rectify mistakes at a cost.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing any other legal remedies.

9. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Part 2: Privacy Policy
